- Shahi jeera
- Chicken/ Mutton

- Step 1 :
Wash chicken / mutton(approx 1 Kg ) in water, then add Reza chicken biryani masala, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt and keep for marinating for about 1 hr.
- Step 2 :
Heat oil and finely slice the onions and tomatoes then fry till it becomes soft.
- Step 3 :
Mix step 1 and 2, then add potatoes and cook or sauté for 5 – 10 mins. Add 1 or 2 cups of waterand cover the lid and cook on slow flame till the meat is tender.
- Step 4 :
Take rice(approx 750 Gms ) and spread half cooked rice (375 gms) then spread cooked gravy on top of it. Add half cooked rice (balance 375 gms) and spread on top of the cooked gravy. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and lemon juice if desire and cover the lid and cook on high heat for about 3 mins. After 3 mins cooking on high heat slow down the flame and further cook it for about 15 mins till the rice is done.
