- Corn flour

- Step 1 :
Boil boneless chicken(approx 600gms), add 150gms thick yogurt and ginger garlic paste, then add Reza butter chicken masala and keep for marinating.
- Step 2 :
Add 3 to 4 grinded onions and tomatoes and keep sauté.
- Step 3 :
Add grinded kaju and fresh cream and then add marinated boiled boneless chicken and cook till it’s done.
- Step 4 :
Burn a coal then place the burning coal on the cooked butter chicken and then add ghee over burning coal and cover the lid for about 10 mins.
- Step 5 :
Serving: Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serves with naan or parantha
