Ingredients


  • Coriander
  • Salt
  • Chilli
  • Cumin
  • Muskmelon
  • Cinnamon
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Amchur
  • Cloves
  • Onion
  • Cardamom

Direction


  • Step 1 :
    Marinate meat(approx 1 kg) with ginger garlic pasteand then boil marinated meat in a cooker for about 5 - 10 mins.

  • Step 2 :
    Add 3 grinded tomatoes and onions and cookuntil it turns soft. Add Reza Meat Masala and sauté for 2 mins.

  • Step 3 :
    Add boiled meat and add water if required. Cover the lid and cook on slow flame till the meat is tender.

  • Step 4 :
    Serving: Sprinkle Coriander leaves on it and serve hot with naan or parantha.
