Tandoori Chicken :
Mix Reza Six in one Chicken Masala with chicken legs and breast in a thick yogurt.
Add ginger garlic paste and marinate chicken for 2 hrs and then BBQ or roast in oven.
Chicken Fry :
Mix Reza Six in one Chicken Masala with 2 eggs or 2 lemons, marinate chicken for 2 hrs and then deep fry in oil.
Fish Fry :
Mix Reza Six in one Chicken Masala with lemon juice and keep aside for 30 mins.
Gently fry in oil till turns golden in colour.
Chicken Lollipop :
Mix Reza Six in one Chicken Masala with 2 eggs, 2 tablespoon of corn flour, 2 tablespoon of soya sauce, marinate for 2 hrs and then fry in oil.
Butter Chicken :
Boil boneless chicken 600 gms, mix Reza Six in one Chicken Masala and ginger garlic paste in 150 gms curd and keep for marinating. Grind 3 onions and grind 3 or 4 tomato and sauté.
Add grinded kaju and fresh cream and add marinated chicken to cook.
Burn a coal then place the burning coal on the cooked butter chicken and then add ghee over burning coal and cover the lid for about 10 mins.
Chicken Gravy :
Mix Reza Six in one Chicken Masala with egg; marinate chicken and fry in oil. Fry garlic and add green chilli and capsicum until it becomes soft.
Add fried chicken and mix well. Add 2 tablespoon of soya sauce and 3 tablespoon of corn flour and cook till the gravy becomes thick.
