- Desiccated coconut 50 gms or fresh coconut medium size (grounded)
- Oil /ghee
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
- Green chilli paste
- Chicken
Direction
- Step 1 :
Boil chicken(approx 1kg) with ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and salt.
- Step 2 :
Heat oil in a non-stick pan then add 2 grinded onions. Add Reza white chicken masala and fry for about 5 mins on a slow flame.
- Step 3 :
Mix step 1 and 2 and then add coconut milk and cook on slow flame till the chicken is tender.
- Step 4 :
Sprinkle chopped mint leaves and serve with naan or parantha.
